Poog Gear Return & Refund Policy
At Poog Gear, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- Unwashed
- Free of stains, odors (including smoke or perfume), pet hair, or damage
- In original condition
Items that show signs of wear or do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Poog Gear is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 7–14 business days for processing after approval
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
If your order qualified for free shipping, and returning items causes the order to fall below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
Need a different size or style? We’re happy to help.
We accept exchange requests within 30 days of delivery for items that meet the same condition requirements as returns (unworn, unwashed, etc.).
Customers are responsible for:
- Shipping the original item back
- Placing a new order for the replacement item
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed for the original item.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item
If approved, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because many of our items are made to order, we can only cancel or modify orders within a short window after purchase.
If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible at:
Once production or fulfillment has started, we may not be able to cancel or modify the order.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Worn or washed merchandise
How to Start a Return
Please email us first at shop@pooggear.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide the return instructions and shipping address.
Returns sent without contacting us first may experience delays in processing.
