Refund policy

At Poog Gear, every item is made to order specifically for you. As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.


Returns & Exchanges

We do not offer returns or exchanges under the following circumstances:

  • An incorrect size was selected at the time of ordering
  • An incorrect color was selected at the time of ordering
  • The order was cancelled or reversed after it was placed

We strongly advise all customers to review product descriptions and sizing guides thoroughly before completing their purchase.


Damaged or Defective Items

Should your order arrive in a damaged condition or present a manufacturing defect, we will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

To submit a claim, please contact us within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date and provide the following:

  • A clear photograph documenting the defect or damage
  • Your order number

The return of the affected item is not required.


Refunds

All approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow several business days for the amount to be reflected on your account.


Delivery Issues

If your order is returned due to an incorrect address or an unsuccessful delivery attempt, you may select one of the following resolutions:

  • A reshipment of your order, subject to applicable shipping fees, or
  • A partial refund to your original payment method

Print Variations

For all printed products, a variance of up to ±0.5 inches in print placement falls within accepted manufacturing tolerances and will not be considered a defect.
