Thank you for choosing Poog Gear. All products are made to order. Please review the information below regarding our production and shipping processes.

Production Time

All Poog Gear items are printed after an order is placed. Standard production time is 2–5 business days before shipment.

Production times may increase during peak periods, including holidays, promotional events, or new product launches.

Shipping Time

Delivery time begins once the order has shipped.

Estimated transit times:

United States: 3–8 business days

International: 7–21+ business days depending on destination and customs processing

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once the order has been dispatched.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping (Starting at $6.95)
Orders are produced in the standard queue and shipped via ground delivery services.

Priority Production + Shipping (Starting at $10.95)
This option prioritizes your order in the production queue, allowing it to be manufactured sooner than standard orders. This upgrade affects production time only and does not guarantee faster carrier delivery speeds.

Delivery Estimates

All production and shipping timelines provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather disruptions
  • High shipping volume periods
  • Customs processing for international orders

Poog Gear is not responsible for delays once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. Poog Gear is not liable for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If an address error is identified, customers must contact us immediately at shop@pooggear.com. Address changes cannot be made once production has started.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Poog Gear is not responsible for packages marked as Delivered by the carrier. If a package is missing after delivery confirmation, customers should:

  • Check around the delivery location
  • Contact neighbors or building management
  • Reach out to the local postal service

If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, please contact us for assistance.

Made-to-Order Manufacturing

Poog Gear operates on a made-to-order model to reduce overproduction and minimize waste. Because each item is produced specifically for the customer, fulfillment times differ from mass-produced retail operations.
